Indoors, the floors were treated with Bona Nordic Seal to highlight brightness and grain, followed by three coats of water-based polyurethane for a durable, satin-smooth finish.
The deck received a natural finish that harmonizes with Southampton’s coastal lifestyle, while the stair tops and railings were carefully refinished to complete the home’s transformation.
