Once prepped, the floor was sealed with three coats of water-based polyurethane, offering a strong, low-VOC finish that’s ideal for families and urban living. Since no stain was applied, the polyurethane allowed the natural tone and grain of the wood to shine through—creating a bright, timeless look that complemented the home’s character.
