This large-scale project involved bringing life back to nearly 1,800 sq ft of flooring, covering classrooms and multipurpose spaces that see daily student activity.

The renovation focused on two major areas—one measuring 12×40 ft and another 12×30 ft, plus a large 45×21 ft room. All floors had aged over time, showing visible wear from daily foot traffic. The school opted for a natural (unstained) look to preserve the classic character of the original hardwood, while choosing a high-gloss finish to reflect light and enhance cleanliness.

Then, we applied three coats of water-based polyurethane, selected for its low odor, fast drying time, and eco-friendliness—perfect for an educational environment.
