A Full-Scope Flooring Makeover
We began by removing 349 sq ft of parquet flooring, replacing it with unfinished 2¼” Red Oak No. 1 hardwood in the living room and foyer—chosen for its clean grain and long-lasting quality.
The refinishing process didn’t stop there. We also sanded, stained, and sealed 1,495 sq ft of existing hardwood throughout the home, blending everything with a Golden Brown stain to ensure a consistent look from room to room.
Even the staircase got a thoughtful touch. We refinished the tops of 10 stair treads, bringing them into harmony with the newly upgraded floors below.
