Staining and Polyurethane Finish
For the staining, N.I. had the option to choose a color that matched their style. Once the stain was applied, we finished the project by applying three coats of water-based polyurethane. The satin finish created a smooth, modern look that highlighted the beauty of the hardwood, without being too glossy.
Refinishing Stairs and Handrails
The project also included refinishing the steps of the staircase. We sanded and refinished the tops of 12 steps, restoring their natural beauty. Additionally, the handrail was given the same attention to detail to ensure it matched the fresh look of the newly refinished floor.
