Each apartment held its own charm, but the aging floors lacked the vibrancy that once defined these spaces. J.C. wanted a bold, elegant transformation—and we delivered exactly that.

The project included refinishing and staining 200 sq ft in each of the three apartments, totaling 600 sq ft of handcrafted flooring work. The Process: Precision, Passion, and the Right Finish
We started by carefully sanding all three floors to remove years of wear and imperfections. Once the surfaces were perfectly smooth and even, we applied a deep dark walnut stain—a timeless choice that brings warmth, richness, and a dramatic touch to any space.
To preserve the bold look and enhance durability, we sealed each floor with three coats of premium water-based polyurethane, specially chosen for its eco-friendly properties and fast drying time. Finally, we finished the project with a high-gloss sheen, allowing the natural light from the apartments’ windows to reflect beautifully across the deep walnut tone, creating an upscale and modern aesthetic.
