For N.R.’s multi-level property on MacDougal Street in Manhattan, NY, we began on the 2nd floor, rejuvenating 960 sq ft of hardwood floors with our buffing and polyurethane application service. This process removed surface imperfections and enhanced the floors’ durability with one coat of high-quality polyurethane, restoring their natural luster with minimal disruption.

On the 3rd floor, we elevated the 425 sq ft of hardwood flooring with a complete sanding, staining, and refinishing process. The customer chose a custom stain color to match their aesthetic preferences. After applying one coat of stain, we sealed the beauty with three coats of water-based polyurethane, ensuring a durable and refined finish.

Comprehensive 4th Floor Renovation
The 4th floor, spanning 1,825 sq ft, was tackled in two phases. On the right side, covering 675 sq ft, we performed sanding and applied three coats of polyurethane for a smooth, natural look. The left side, totaling 770 sq ft, underwent sanding, custom staining, and three coats of polyurethane for a vibrant, personalized finish. We also addressed an additional 380 sq ft, ensuring every corner was expertly refinished.
