While the flooring was in decent condition, everyday wear had dulled its appearance. Precision Buffing & High-Gloss Polyurethane – The Process

To start, we buffed the entire 600 square feet of existing flooring to remove surface-level scratches and scuffs, smoothing the area for even product application. We then applied one coat of high-quality water-based polyurethane, known for its durability, quick drying time, and low odor—perfect for high-rise living in Manhattan.

The high-gloss finish chosen by the client brought out the floor’s natural depth and character, dramatically enhancing the room’s overall light and elegance.

As a finishing touch, we carefully laid down masonite sheeting in the hallway to protect the building’s carpeting during the job—demonstrating our commitment to cleanliness and professionalism from start to finish.
